It is a two-year trainee programme that offers new talent with limited experience in shipping and marine fuels, a tailored training journey focused on personal and professional development, fellowship, experiences, travel, and networking. The programme is designed to bring new talents closer together and provide them with opportunities to grow, develop, and build an exceptional career within the marine fuels industry.

The key ingredients for success is willingness to learn, ability to adapt to new environments, strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for the maritime industry, positive attitude, desire for personal and professional growth and a strong work ethic. Bootcamp in Middelfart.

October-February:

Home office for each trainee. Online webinars from DSA.

Module 2 at DSA, physical presence in Copenhagen is required.

Social and educational event in connection with DSA.

April-October:

Home office for more enhanced on the job training. Online webinars from DSA. Rotation to another KPI OC office.

November:

Module 3, physical presence in Copenhagen is required.

Social and educational event in connection with DSA.

December-March:

Home office for more enhanced on the job training. Rotation to another KPI OC office.

April-May:

Final Interdisciplinary Project Exam.

June:

Oral exam in DSA, physical presence in Copenhagen is required. Graduation from DSA.
